        Paula from the admin team. Very rude, only since I was asking for help trying to contact a health visitor. Could hear as a parent I was stressing about something that couldve been resolved. Pure negligence I feel let down as a parent

        In a quick area, easy to find you can't miss it, sat nav will say it's on the left side of the road but it's actually on the right side of the road, when I went in to the building the staff was very polite and friendly they kept there distance and was wearing full PPE surfaces was cleaned before use and after.
