Used the petrol station here, it was slightly cheaper than other stations in the area. The staff were friendly & prices weren't too expensive which was helpful.

Disgusting company dont use buy new van off them and its now broke down and they cant get it in for repair for 2 months and cant take else where cause will lose warranty be warned if you buy from them they dont care about you once they have your money

Worst dealership ever utter disgusting service buy a brand new van from them and they cant repair it under warranty for 3 months one of there service mangers actually said to me well if you cant work for 3 months thats my problem. Dont buy from toomys cause if theres any problems they wont help you

It's not the dealers fault, but the manufacturers are taking forever to produce the cars. I ordered last June & still haven't got my car.

I've just purchased my third car from vauxhall toomeys basildon. From my very first car 17 years ago to now a family car I cannot fault their service and support. Keith helped me with my last 2 cars and was great and he supported me in getting an appt to come down this time, this time I see Chris Wilson who is fairly new to toomeys but you would never of known it. He spent time with me and wasn't pushy at all just let me make the right decision. When collecting my car today he got me all set up inside and even made sure I drove off safely. He made the experience so easy and smooth. Dan the manager even come over to introduce himself and say thankyou which is a nice touch. Whilst I was there I experienced some really rude and not so nice customers to other sales guys and they handled it very professionally and calmly which just showed what kind of team they have there. I'll be back in a few years probably to change cars and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou Chris for today's experience and Keith got previous experiences.
