AVOID LIKE PLAGUE VERY POOR COMPANY In beginning the Sales department was very good interaction and I would say this department went above and beyond The broadband service is beyond joke the amount the service drops out on a daily bases is like a 3rd world country service, when you report it to them as a fault they want to and did charge me for a engineer to come out to site to fix there fault and still didnt manage to resolve issue so reality is we had suffer with very poor service running our multiple computers off our iPhones internet through hotspot at times When we finally moved our Bussiness to another location where they cant provide a service they did not want to cancel broadband even though I have multiple other services with them that I took out at the start and the broadband been terrible because the only focus of CEO is Greed he has no customer service skills at all so I been left having pay cancellation fee and cancelling all my services with them Disgusting company if want to be ripped off go with these guys but if want service paid for there far better company out there then these clowns

Rose Associates Financial Planning recently undertook one of the most stressful things a business can do: moving office. Packing up two years worth of business life, whilst keeping things running seamlessly seemed like a daunting task. Then it dawned that we would need to arrange for new phones and the broadband to be ready for when we arrived. Im not sure if youve ever been somewhere without broadband for longer than 5 minutes, but take it from me, its every bit as awful as it sounds. But we neednt have worried. Dave Cribbs at ADSI had recently supplied us with some shiny new iPads and during that process, a discussion about the move had already taken place. Dave knew when we would be moving, the specific requirements we had and already arranged a site survey of the premises ahead of time, to ensure we would be ready to go on day 1. Im pleased to say that everything worked perfectly and allowed us to hit the ground running. Dave was always in contact to make sure the process was handled smoothly and efficiently. He also popped into the office to answer any questions and make sure nothing had been missed. If your business has a telecoms need, then I would strongly recommend getting in touch with Dave and letting him and ADSI handle everything, allowing you to focus on your business.
