Always cutting services out, been going on for over a year now, way to let down the public

This person is a dangerous driver, and shouldn't not be allowed to drive buses! Coming from Shotgate, doesn't give way at the Hill Avenue roundabout, doesn't even slow down! I'm already turning on the roundabout and had to do an emergency stop to let him through, I had my children in the car! An absolute disgrace, that these people are driving buses! 6.50am this morning. Still shaking.

Absolutely ridiculous service. They run school buses that may or may not drop your child at the right stop, they might run as normal or without warning tell the children half way "I'm not going that way today, you'll have to get off here" (2miles away from the normal stop). More than happy to leave a 13 year old girl somewhere she doesn't know. There is no point in calling them either as their voicemail ALWAYS says the office is closed regardless of the time you call, nobody will call you back either.
