        Great service got my phone returned to me staff were clearly busy but made me feel like my enquiry would be dealt with and contacted when the phone was ready to pick up.

        Buses randomly do not turn up at king Edward road in laindon on route to train station at 6:04 when its meant to making me late for work why???? Because we all see people in the public service crying about not getting paid enough maybe do your jobs properly & maybe you might get paid what you deserve!!!!!

        Went to the bus stop early today Saturday to go to the airport got there at 0655 to find the bus pulling away at 0645. Won't be using this service again
