Brought 14 Altro Bella Lever Door Handle on Rose just over 5 years ago. Nearly all of them have broken or are on the way out. On website 10 year guarantee but lower down than states 5 year guarantee. Also brought 42 ball, bearing hinges pretty much all of them leak out black stuff have to constantly clean. The products are reasonably priced but Im not very good and theyre absolutely no help at all when you ring them. The 10 year guarantee must be a lie and the five year guarantee is five years, if they make it that far, then you have to replace them all anyway because theyre broken. Do not buy!!!

Looked around for shelving. This supplier was the best value, with a wide selection. However, the service was fantastic. Order by 9pm, and delivered the next day, mid afternoon. Not many suppliers give a se one thought to their customers these days. I'm self employed, and place many orders on line and get a very mixed service. This is one of the best suppliers I have have used. Thank you
