I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team. The job they have done for us over the last 5 months has more than exceeded expectation. Everyone that has worked on the job has been a pleasure to have on site and their attention to detail was first rate. When we had firms quote for the job, Gary's price was competitive albeit not the cheapest. What won the business was the detail that went into the itemized quote; I felt confident that there would be no nasty surprises, and so it proved. The job was not the easiest, the summer rain provided difficult working conditions through the digging and pouring of the foundations. Supply chain issues meant windows and doors were delayed and design changes had to be made to the floor as lead times for concrete block and beam became unworkable. Throughout Andrew was very pro active at suggesting ways around, working with my architect/building control and rejigging the schedule to make sure we were still making progress and the team could carry on as much as possible. I also threw a few extra jobs at him throughout the build which he was able to accommodate for which I was very grateful. Should we need building services in the future, I know I'll be in good hands with these guys and they will certainly get my business again.

Absolutely fantastic building company. We had nothing but excellent service and the standard is second to none. Andrew helped us design the interior of the build and his attention to detail was flawless. All costs and the schedule of works were clear and transparent. The builders themselves were always on time, clean and extremely hard working. Honestly, it sounds like I'm making this up but please feel free to contact Andrew about speaking to me directly and possibly seeing the work. The G Lane team are !
