        My son has boxed previously with a club for a few years but needed a change. He started at B and W and progressed to competition. The standard of the coaches ate phenomenal. The facilities are the best around and if your child wants to compete and puts the work in this club will actively get them bouts. If competition is not for you (as have adult boxing fitness classes) or your child there are classes for people to keep fit learn the craft and most importantly enjoy it. The club is very forward - has a girls squad also and again standard is excellent. Easy to get to, no problems parking.

        Undoubtedly the best gym around! Committed coaches who put endless hours in for the kids . This gym has helped my children grow in confidence and I can't thank them enough. You won't find better!!!
