        Sell cheap copy products advertising as branded products, then will still try to convince you its a genuine item.

        We bought from Trade In Post Ltd a toilet seat from Amazon Marketplace, it never arrived. I chased and was sent an impersonal list of dates reading 'at depot', I chased again asking when it would be delivered and was told that it was STILL (they capitalised this on my contact with them) at the depot and I would be charged if I didn't pick it up. I don't know where the depot is, have never received an email saying it was delivered to a depot and needed collection and don't have a leaflet in the post to confirm my collection either. They won't refund me if I don't send back the item, but hard to do that when I dont have it. They have also blocked seller feedback on amazon so have had to leave reviews elsewhere so none else falls for their scam. Avoid at all costs!! If I could give 0 I would.
