        The waiting time for queues is ridiculous for picking up a prescription.

        RUDE!! tell you, you need to wait for 10 minutes but end up waiting for 45 minutes. And then phone you 20 minutes later saying you was giving them abuse so you cant go back into boots to stand up for yourself. They are slow and lazy and cant handle a bit of heat that people are pointing out the obvious in their work place. They are never on time when they say there text message was sent out. Or tell you to come next day and the prescription should be ready but it isnt. People dont WANT the medication they NEED the medication they are on to stay alive but they dont really care about that.

        Am a bit confused about this shop. Always changing POS and not very busy. Think Boots should move or have more concessions to liven up space . Country side Essex. Okay
