Sadly not overly helpful took considerable time to locate the item in my enquiry. Difficult to see if the component was still available, or not.

The staff on the helpline weren't as knowledgeable as a previous chap. Disappointed in Bosch.

Nov 27 - My 89-yr-old housebound father calls in the morning to say he has no hot water or heating. I contact Bosch to be told the soonest anyone can come out is Nov 30... i.e., not for 3 days. Nov 30 - Engineer arrives, immediately says 'I haven't seen that one before!' Apparently fixes it, but soon afterwards the same fault comes back. Dec 6 - I call again to arrange a repair. This time, the soonest an engineer can come is Dec 11... i.e., not for 5 days. Dec 11 - Engineer calls to say the postcode he has is wrong. He is in LE3 and dad is LE17 - too far to go. Admin error. Someone calls and says soonest to rebook is Dec 14... Well over 2 weeks since fault reported and still not fixed. We replaced the boiler before winter thinking this would avoid any problems. Instead - it has caused huge ongoing stress and inconvenience for my father. Is that really the best service Bosch can provide for a frail and elderly housebound man living alone?
