        Ordered online and paid .Went to the store. No one serving. A lady was behind the desk but she was unable to help as she said she was warehouse staff, which made me wonder why she was in reception. Waited for someone to come and serve. Finally got served and was asked to wait. and wait.and wait. After quite a while they decided they couldn't find what I ordered and siad they could get in in from another store buy i couldn't wait so asked for a refund. The guy printed a credit note. Within seconds of leaving the store I got an email thanking me for collecting my order - which didn't happen as they couldnt find it. More than24 hours later still waiting for refund . After leaving the store I drove the short distance to Halfords. Found what I wanted, paid for it and left. Wish i had done that in the first place.
