My gripe is with the tech wanting to take my car for a "test drive" after the work was done. He told me this was usual and to check the steering wheel was centred, but the customers seen prior to me didn't have their car taken on a test drive and the tracking printout clearly states the work was done with the steering wheel centred
The tech also left oily hand prints all over my door which is a bit annoying.
I'd go back unless I can find somewhere else locally that uses Hunter kit, but absolutely wouldn't let the car out of my sight whilst it was there for fear of it being taken on a joyride. Excuse me, "test drive".
