Update in response to your response: 1. It was me who suggested your repairman phoned the office so I can do BACS not them. I certainly did not refuse to to a BACS, it was my suggestion, get your facts straight. If you accept cash and your call out is 48 do you not think your staff shoikd have change or do you just expect customers to go oh don't worry keep the change. 2. The smell was from the minute I opened the front door, not our machine, I sent you a personal email describing the smell. It certainly was not the machine, unless you're saying our machine smelt of cigarettes as well as other unpleasant odours. We don't smoke by the way. So that answers that for you. 3. We phoned prior to describe the problem saying we think the ball bearings have gone. Assured it wasn't we agreed to a call out. Surprise surprise the ball bearings were gone. Could have saved 48. Machine couldn't be fixed as past point of repair...however they only took cash but had no change 48 call out charge so you'd need change!, Their card machine wouldn't log on, they stank terribly I'm afraid and our house still smells, didn't offer to remove their shoes even though it's raining so now washing the floor too. Not great won't use again
