So let me be clear I took my car in and they effected a successful repair on my headlight and also replaced rear number plate bulbs. Albeit the headlight bulb was a bit expensive and you could get it cheaper online or at Halfords, my car was fixed and I was preparing a positive review. Then I noticed the rear trim where the number plate bulbs are located was loose so I simply called them and courteously enquired if this was something I could fix myself. The response really shocked me as the owner immediately was very defensive saying it must have been broken when it came in as his guys are not idiots. I asked him to calm down and consider that maybe perhaps someone just forgot to tighten up the screws and he became even more obnoxious claiming there was not even the slightest chance of that and it must have been broken when it came in.

A most successful run jaguar specialist. Not to expensive and honest. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With work carried out to jaguar standards . A must service and repair garage for all jaguar enthusiasts
