What can I say? The PERFECT, PERFECT florist - I couldn't recommend more if you're having a wedding or an event and need a florist with an amazing vision, exceptional customer service, of course UNBELIEVABLE flowers, but most importantly a genuinely all round wonderful human being! Dawn was a complete joy to work with from start to finish. From our initial consultation she was calm, kind, professional and obviously knew exactly what she was doing. She listened to everything I was thinking, and came up with such an amazing vision and absolutely STUNNING flowers that people are still talking about them now!! Not only that, but we were able to meet Dawn and see the flowers beforehand and chat through colours and flower types and styles, it was genuinely one of the highlights organising my wedding working with Dawn. She made me feel so special, and I genuinely felt she cared from the moment we had our initial chat! On the day, Dawn organised everything perfectly, dropping flowers and displays and buttonholes all over Cambridge! She even supported us at the venue in the afternoon briefly to help pop the flowers in hired vases as an additional service that was SO appreciated. Dawn and her team went above and beyond every step of the way! The flowers themselves were just extraordinary, I couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful, I actually burst into tears when I saw them! I don't usually write such long reviews but from the bottom of my heart I can't thank Dawn and her team enough for everything they did for us!

This is a fantastic little florist and the staff are very informative and helpful. Lots of choices of plants and lots of unusual plants I hadnt seen before!

I ordered a lovely arrangement for my mum from Manor Florists for Mothers Day but as is the way with fresh flowers they didnt last long. Having chatted with Manor Florists they very kindly sent mum another complimentary bouquet!! Exceptional customer service. A beautiful shop too with some exquisite plants and unusual pots. Will never buy flowers and plants from anywhere else!!

Beautiful large bouquet of unusual cream and white flowers. Delivered eight days ago and they are still really gorgeous. Highly scented buds are now out, some flowers I've never seen before are nestling in there and a variety of interesting green fronds set off the flowers. I've never had such a bouquet and they really did cheer me up when feeling poorly.
