        Trying to get a response out of the number given is impossible, no response on email or text either. Dont know if Mark has gone out of business and not informed his clients or wether hes no longer with us on this mortal earth. So if youre thinking of ringing to get an alarm etc or even a repair youre in for a long wait by the looks of things.

        Paid for a repair that still didn't work, called Mark and emailed him, he promises to return and sort the problem but doesn't turn up has now stopped even answering the phone to us. Also had paid for maintenance contracts with MCD. He hasn't serviced the alarms or attended when we have told him of faults.
