Trusting someone to take over the management of your only property can be really scary. Will they select the right people? What if my house is trashed. What if I don't get paid the rent? You hear so many tales. At the end of the day, it's all down to trust. Can I trust Redlet to manage my house the way I would do it myself? Well the answer is absolutely YES. The property is immaculate at the end of each tenancy. If an item needs repairing or replacing I'm contacted immediately for my opinion. There's a friendly team of administrators who know my property inside and out, who always sound cheerful and have a sense of humour. In fact, they feel more like friends. So I'm stress free, confident that my property is being professionally managed and supervised....and good tenants pay their rent regularly. I would highly recommend Redlet.
