        AMAZING FIRST CLASS SERVICE Having found a small fault in my iridescent crinoline I contacted them by email. Fiona responded the very next day. She was most apologetic and gave me options of ways they could rectify the matter. It was lovely to have someone personable (Im currently convalescing in bed so wont get to use the crinoline yet nor do I need any additional stress) who made me feel that as a customer I mattered. She made it stress free and even better still, she brought sparkle back in to my life today when my new piece of crinoline arrived. All within 48 hrs!
