Buff & Butter

I've ordered from this company once before and don't recall a problem. They provided some lavender oil at a great price and the quality was very good. I've since placed a further order for the same on 8 August and not received the product, an update and more worrying, they've not responded to 3 email enquiries or 2 telephone messages which I've left. I'm hugely disappointed and reluctant to post a negative experience , but really don't know any other method of engaging with Buff & Butter. I'm wondering if they've ceased trading. Any comments Buff & Butter would like to pick up on would be most welcome.

Having purchased from this company on ebay previously and found the quality of their essential oils to be excellent, I decided to buy from their website instead to purchase larger quantities at better prices. The service was fantastic. Well packed, prompt delivery and everything the same top quality. I will continue to buy from them, genuine items at excellent prices!

I am absolutely delighted with the service and products provided by this company. I ordered a number of aromatherapy oils which are extremely good quality and value for money. As I live local to their premises, they arranged for a member of staff to deliver the items out of hours. How's that for service. I will always order from this company.
