My daughter Evie fell in love with Irish dancing after one session with Faye at the FD Academy! She loves the music, the steps, the freedom, spending time with her friends and of course the amazing Faye! She recently took her first dancing grades too and although nervous did a fabulous job as did all the other amazing dancers from the Academy. Thanks Faye.

I would highly recommend FD Academy of Irish Dance to everyone. My 4 year old daughter absolutely enjoys it each week. Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds. Faye teaches her things through fun games and activities and she cannot wait to go back week on week. Throughout lockdown Faye has continued on zoom and also sent us some videos to watch and practise at home. Faye is so patient and lovely and very professional, putting so much effort into the children and everything she does. My daughter also attended a workshop on a weekend when restrictions eased and she had so much fun.

My daughters have been dancing with Faye for several years now and have loved every minute of it! Her classes are always fun but focused and she is a patient and thoughtful teacher. She has gone above and beyond to help the class keep connected and keep their love of dancing throughout lockdown. She has offered virtual group classes and virtual private sessions, and even carpark dancing when we were permitted just so they could see each other again! She is always supportive when the dancers are competing offering reassurance to them and to the parents also. We're so pleased we came across this class and would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in learning some Irish dancing. Thanks Faye!
