A new Well Being centre in Eccles with a gem of a drinks cafe hidden inside! The coffee I had was made with Oat Milk and it was like drinking coffee cream! I would say the best barista coffee I have ever tasted. There is an extensive drinks menu and a selection of healthy snacks. If you are in the area, pop in, the lovely, welcoming staff in there have all Covid Safety precautions in place. Once you have ordered your drink you can have a look at all the amazing services, groups, classes & treatments Transcend Studios offer. I will be visiting again soon :)

Had my first visit on the day before lockdown in November this year, and treated my sister and niece to two full body massages which they said were the best they'd had, the care and attention to covid-safety was one of the best we have experienced. We waited in the gorgeous Soul Shakes coffee shop which is situated inside the studio space and is a fully functioning coffee and juice bar in it's own right. and had probably the best coffee I think I've ever had, its been ethically sourced from a Manchester based company and it truly gives costa-bucks a run for its money. The cappuccino stopped my sister in her tracks it was that delicious. I had my goto which was the Americano black and it was so full of flavour without any of that bitterness you can get with other brands. after that I just had to try the white hot chocolate with rose, and after finishing it, I just wanted another one, so creamy and delicious, we were then told that it wasn't made with dairy but oat milk, ordinarily not the first thing I tend to go for, and if you haven't tried it yourself, you absolutely should, so creamy, better than dairy milk I'd say, and I never thought I'd say that. The coffee is made barista style, by the excellent staff using a gorgeous copper coffee machine which just adds an extra layer of luxury to the earthy surroundings. The coffee beans are ground first, and the milk is steamed, I wasn't expecting a proper coffee shop like that in a wellness studio. not a vending machine in sight, it was a truly great visit and experience, form the details in the surroundings to the way the drinks are created, made for more of an experience than just a visit, and we never felt we were just "waiting", we were chilling out :) brilliant hidden gem in Eccles, seek them out, you will not be disappointed. Well done Soul Shakes. PS: you have to tell me where that bathroom wallpaper came from , it's stunning!
