        If I could give it no stars I would,my old mum used to be a seemstress, I contacted raycol on the chance of getting a new zipper in my body warmer, imagine how shocked I was when she informed me that it would cost me 40, to have said zipper replaced, once again rip off Britain, by the Chinese, disgusting, I mean I only paid 25 for the body warmer in the first place, honestly if you use this rip off merchant to do anything for you then you must have more money than sense, never before has somebody tried ripping me off so badly...

        I had a zip put in during lockdown, was done in a couple of days and jacket has a good strong zip which blends in with the colour of the jacket. Yes it was not cheap but the lady had to get the correct zip as she did not have one the right size. So well done.
