I go regularly for Foot reflexology, Zoe is so professional and during the Covid period I have felt very safe being there, I have been sleeping so much better since having this regualr treatment and would definitely recommend the Heart & Sole clinic

What a wonderful experience. Such a lovely lady and a top notch treatment. I had the Heart & Sole pamper package, and it was totally relaxing. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I have been going to Zoe regularly for 2 years now. I have had most of the treatments she offers as well as my regular treatments which are facial reflexology, ear candling and massage. Her salon is beautiful, calm and relaxing. She always makes sure she can fit me in. I can't wait for my first hot stone massage with her next week

Magical hands what more can I say. Zoe is so welcoming and knowledgeable about what she does and makes you instantly feel relaxed. Ive had Reflexology lymphatic drainage regularly, a pedicure and most recently a massage and can thoroughly recommended all of them. Well worth the bridge toll as I found a right little gem.

I have been seeing Zoe at Heart and Sole for more than a year now, and its always a pleasure! My daughter and I were participants in a Tiny Toes course, which was a really lovely experience. Since then I have started treatments for myself, which have included an incredible Zone Face Lift, reflexology, and more recently, maternity reflexology. Zoe provides such a relaxing, safe environment and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and less stressed. I would highly recommend trying a treatment here!
