        We couldnt enter because a sign in the window said that they had decided to overrule the British government and insist that you still wear a face mask.

        Issues with data protection, donelt expect your personal information to be treated with care. Dirty shop and never stocked. Issues with medication ordering and drug management. Disinterested and rude staff.

        Poor customer standards by vaccination staff, lacked confidence, poor knowledge of systems, dismissive. Asking for payment when corporate customer. Vaccination staff dismissive when asked for complaints contact details. Issue with website automated booking service for free corporate vaccination. Manager also couldnt supply complaints contact details when requested. Manager tried to assist and genuinely helpful. Escalated to pharmacist. Acknowledged there was an issue with the booking system. Total waste of time. Poor customer experience. Tiny consultation room. Continue to use for drop in purchases and prescriptions.
