Started with Ellie in August 2021 with very little gym experience and no experience in weight lifting. I was stuck in a rut, wanting to get stronger and leaner. Instantly felt at ease, and I am getting stronger and stronger. The app she uses is great for seeing the progress you are making. I have never felt better about myself, both physically and mentally, and most of that is down to the support of Ellie and the constant pushing that I need to achieve my goal. 100% recommend anyone to have PT sessions with Ellie. Best thing I ever did and everyone else is noticing that too. I could now go and do this by myself now at the gym, but I don't want to, as the support I get from her is what keeps me pushing myself further and further.

Ellie has helped me with my peri menopausal weight gain. She approached my exercise routine with strength training. In 5 weeks my weight has been reduced by 9lbs, my strength has improved and 4 inches off my waist and it's made me a bit more confident. She explains how the equipment works, corrects your posture and gives you positive encouragement and shares her knowledge about exercise and nutrition
