Dreadful practice. In fact by far the worst I have had to deal with in my 70 years. Receptionist's so their best, when you can actually get through, but the clinical staff have become mini Hitlers. Terrible, Terrible, terrible. AVOID!!!!

Called in during my lunch hour with an ear problem. Received a telephone call back about 15 minutes later from Alex Windsor who asked me to call in within the next 10 minutes. Was seen immediately and left with a prescription. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Excellent service. Rang 0830 on the Tuesday. Waited 10 minutes on the phone - perfectly acceptable. An hour later an advanced clinician called for a chat and asked if I could make it in that day which unfortunately I couldn't. Made an appointment for the Wednesday morning and ailment all sorted and medication prescribed. Lovely receptionist and very caring and understanding clinician. Many many thanks. Further to my above review I went yesterday for bloods - William was very polite and cheerful. Had a call back this morning from Alex with the results and had a very informative chat regarding my options. Top work once again. Thank you.

Dreadful waits to get through on the phone to make appointments even if you ring at 8 on the dot. Typically 20 mins. Badly organised. Internal communication is often very poor. The GPS seem to have shifted all their workload to people with lower pay scales. Fortunately, the latter are very helpful and competent. Some good competition might shake it up a bit.

I have heart problems. I cant get passed the awful receptionists for an appointment . They just tell me if it gets worse, go to the hospital. Just wait to die then? I dont believe this is to do with the crisis the NHS is having at the moment- its just a bad surgery.
