My Mother had a very bad perm that was frizzy and over processed, they also used a coloured setting lotion and she came out ginger, when I complained I was told they asked my deaf Mother who they saw take out her hearing aids if she wanted this coloured setting lotion and admitted they didnt think she had heard or understood them, but they used it anyway. I have had to take her to another hairdresser because the perm is horrendous and they said it had been completely over processed and she can only wait to get it cut out. I cannot recommend this hairdresser for a perm.
