        Had x6 one to one sessions so far and loving it. Feel so much stronger already and Kim is brilliant, always helping, motivating and making sure you are always in the right position to get the most from your workout without injury ( this is constant from her) the most unbelievable thing for me after only 6 sessions is the disappearance of my stiff neck, shoulders and sciatica which I have suffered with for several years! Astonished!! Totally recommend
