Money well spent with a very professional and a complete service that has made a huge difference to my riding. The fitting examines the bike set-up, equipment and the rider. Adrian is very knowledgeable and identified a skeletal issue which was causing me pain and affecting my riding - and which I had ignored for years - I put it down to "that's how it should be " (I have one leg 1/2 inch shorter than the other but just accepted it). Apparently it's not uncommon (who knew?!..) but with the addition of a small block on the sole of my one shoe, re-balanced my riding position. Game changing. It is not a luxury or a pretention being fitted for a bike. I am a commuter and leisure rider but it has made a big difference for me. Thanks Adrian.

Adrian fitted both my bikes and I cannot recommend him enough. He has totally transformed by ride position. I m going faster more comfortablely than even before by at least 3 mph. My recommendation is spend money on a bike fit and not on an expensive bike. Well spend money on a bike fit first!!

I was highly recommend to Adrian from a friend, He completely changed the way I was positioned on my bike and the results are amazing (from changing position on my cleats with added spacers to the bike itself) Adrian also gave me loads of cycling advice and tips on training and diet (when he didnt have to) He is a genuinely nice guy, very professional and made me feel very welcome. He certainly knows his trade inside and out. Highly recommend and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Mitchell

Bike fit with Adrian Timmis, from start to finish I was very impressed with Adrians knowledge and thorough checks he did from cleats, seatpost replacement and stem/handlebar/seat adjustment my bike feels so much comfier now all ready for my lands end to john o groats ride
