Had these to service my mother's boiler. Service was completed by one of Thier engineers but the next day the heating and hot water stopped working. My mother called them at 445pm to report this. They finally turned up the next day after 11am . The boss Steve called to my mother's house and she asked him to confirm his ID, he rudely relied that he was from BCOSY and abruptly pointed to the motif on his shirt he then went to inspect the bolier which took him 2 minutes. He was then very rude to my mother by sacastically saying it only took 2 minutes.He was very rude and bullish with my mother who is 86 years old.To say Steve is the boss he certainly needs to improve his customer service skills. I would avoid in future Service: Water heater repair
