        Bottom bracket went at 3:30pm, one phone call to check they had one. They had it in and sorted by 4:45pm. Brilliant service, oh and a coffee while I waited. You don't get that on the internet.

        Fixed my head set issue there and then as a drop in.... Had nice chat with Simon. Lovely guy. They will collect my bike from home and return. You can't ask for more than that. Very professional, best bike shop around Staffordshire...fab guys, cheers!
