Nero e Bianco

It was my daughters wedding yesterday. I chose my whole outfit from Nero e Bianco, dress, shoes, hat, bag and jewellery, with the help of the wonderful young assistant. It isnt something I would normally have chosen myself. I had so many complaints and actually felt lovely . Id highly recommend this shop if youre looking for mother of the bride outfits. The staff were amazing . Thank you

Excellent coffee. Espresso was good and served correctly with a glass of water. Cakes were excellent. Can strongly recommend it.

I love this shop .. it's beautifully laid out and the young lady upstairs was so helpful and lovely . I needed a dress for Marrakesh and now have the perfect linen dress . I was very lucky and especially with the 30% discount . All the staff were pleasant and welcoming .. I will certainly visit again .

My wife who is deaf looked at a dress in this store. Decided to think about it and called later to pay over the phone. Asked assistant to confirm it was in the sale at 45.00. My wife thought they confirmed this but the store took 75.00 off the card. We called and explained the problem but store refused a refund as its not their policy to give refunds this is despite the item never leaving the store. Had the item been taken home I could understand this but this business has not understanding of how hard it can be as a deaf person and flatly refused to refund the item. While they may be in their rights to do this it is not good practice and I certainly will not be buying from them again. So just be aware if you buy from here you are not going to get a refund regardless of the issue
