Steve the surveryor was helpful and patient when we had to make changes to what was planned for damp proofing work and putting in a new concete floor to the kitchen. The team that did the job were helpful and have done a neat and tidy job understanding well our needs. They have been competitive price wise and we just felt confident in their hands.

I was very happy when I used M&P. Getting someone in is always a worry but they were professional and courteous. They explained previous experience and the work that would be required. The survey, assessment and quote gave me the confidence to award them the work. Once they started the work was carried out with minimal disruption and mess. better still the problem is now resolved. Happy with that.

The surveyor arrived when promised. Once quote accepted a date was agreed. Young man Jamie arrived and did a wonderful, clean, efficient job where all my flooring downstairs was replaced and treated due to woodworm. Am delighted with the work done and would thoroughly recommend M & P

Absolute shambolic company. Fly tipped rubbish on the road outside of a property on our road. No skip, no permit, no nothing. I happened to see what turned out to be the owner of the company...... when I asked him if it would be removed he basically laughed in my face and told me no. He didnt care however many parking spaces ( which are limited ) he was taking up and told me to and I quote deal with it . The attitude of the owner tells you all you need to know about the company itself. Avoid like the plague!
