had puncture repaired on saturday fitter used a hammer on wheel nuts.puncture was repaired perfect. When i got home found he had broken the caps on the nuts and had not told me.I went back on monday was told its a problem with fords.have had my car for five years never had this problem anywhere else . I bought myself new nuts when i tried to fit them he had also over tightened them had to go somewhere else to have them removed. If i had a puncture on the road i would have had to get help would never use again

Recently had 2 front tyres replaced with part worn tyres, 1 of them went flat over the bank holiday and they swiftly sorted the problem. Same tyre then continued to slowly leak air took it back to them we're they fixed once more. With no extra cost. Great Service.

Got 2 new tires. Told them to swap the valve stems, threads were stripped. New tire has old valve stem. (Didn't notice this until 2 days later) they forgot to balance tires, alright fine ill go back next day. Go back, they "balance it". I see weights on the rim this time, and im happy. Go to drive, same exact vibration. Cars basically jumping trying to hit the speed limit. How can a tire shop not know how to balance a tire? EDIT: I had absolutely zero speed vibrations until after getting the new tires. Then speed vibrations after 2 attempts of balancing.
