This place hasnt been open for ages, but yet still takes orders on just eat, then about 5 mins before the food should arrive, it gets canceled, not the first time Ive spoken to the owner (who is also the delivery driver) about this, he blames just eat, shouldnt be wasting peoples time, so dont even bother.

For the record. The food is tremendous. Its our favourite take away. But the past 3 turns we have tried ordering via just eat we have had our orders cancelled with seemingly no reasoning? 5:30 order on a saturday? For delivery at 8pm? Then cancelled for otherwise no reason? If you arent taking just eat orders fair enough. But dont open orders up just to cancel them each time. As others have mentioned it does take a while to review your food. But when it arrives its genuinely good. So just cannot give a higher rating after being burned 3 times prior. Hope they improve their ordering service.

Have ordered this evening and 30 minutes after its supposed to be delivered, no show. We call the restaurant and have been told the driver made an error and now they have to re cook it and send it out meaning it will be 45-50 minutes after original delivery time. No offer of compensation or anything. Can't comment on the food as still waiting for it to arrive. I enjoy Caribbean food but definitely won't be ordering again and it's not exactly a cheap takeaway !!!!!
