Daniel is a good worker and very helpful. His work for me has been excellent. Good advice to put things right too.

I called Dannie for my boiler to be serviced. I am new in the area so I trusted the reviews online but my experience was completely different to others. Dannie said his next availability was in two weeks time. We saved a date in the diary. He was not able to confirm a time but he said it would be around 10am and he would call nearer to the time to confirm. (almost 2 weeks later) I waited for the appointment date and called prior to the date too but had no response. I then called on the day of the appointment. Dannie answered the call and sounded very confused. I had to remind him of the service I had booked him for ! He then changed it to the afternoon slot at around 3pm but once again he still couldn't confirm a time! Unfortunately - He came across completely unprofessional and a waste of time for me.
