I have personally used a few bike dealers over the years having owned Yamaha Sherco and KTMs , my son had a problem with his bike a KTM 350 SX not purchased from this dealer, we contacted the bike shop and explained we needed the bike repairing ASAP as a trip to Wales had been planned ! they were fully booked however understanding our situation offered to help of which they did ! We actually ended up purchasing a bike from them from them rather than getting into an expensive repair which was nothing to do with them , if your thinking of buying or just thinking of a service look no further these guys are great a very refreshing experience, i now have my bike booked in with them KTM 350 EXC and have recommended my friends to use them as well . A 10 star dealer !

I dealt with Max and he was so informative about my top end service on my bike. He would call me at every stage to let me know what was going on. He even price matched. Also I was very impressed with the shop looked amazing .Selling used and new bikes you could barely tell the difference between used and new prepped to a high standard. And tons of easy parking to off load the bike.

Purchased a bike from here, 2017 KTM SXF 250, had less that 1 hour on it and experienced issues with the bike. Called up LPMX and was told they could have a look at it for me.... for 90 an hour. I said I've barely rode the bike done 30 minutes in a field and managed 1 lap round an MX circuit before it breaking down on me and the response I got was "they are highly tuned race machines, they often break" yes this may be correct but not after less than an hour of ride time from purchasing it from you! And if it was a 'highly tuned race machine' you'd expect it to complete a race! Took it to a specialised garage who was shocked by the state of the bike; a lot of rust in places and rounded off bolt heads all over the bike. I'd certainly steer clear of these guys just on the way the speak to their customers. Poor customer service and a shoddy bike!
