Can't comment about the actual coach service, but had three of their vehicles parked nearby recently and one of their drivers whilst outside his vehicle, just casually threw some rubbish into the woods he was parked alongside, when I challenged him, his reply was "sorry mate I've got something more urgent on at the moment" and made no attempt to pick his litter up. If this is the quality of the staff not too sure I would use them to transport me or my children around ! Trying to get through to the number listed on web to complain and received no answer despite trying several times. Can't give zero stars, so will have to give one, but they do not deserve that for the behaviour of that particular driver.

I feel the word experience doesn't describe what I had, for an experience with hl tours I would have actually had to have been on their bus. Which is where the issue lies. There has been many occasions where the bus has not only been late, but failed to turn up to the point where we have had for a taxi to get home, on top of the annual fee I pay. If you wondering where I have found the time to post this lengthy review, it's while my son and daughter are waiting to get home on this appalling bus company.

What experience?? The bloody coach never turned up & left all the school kids stranded.
