Barton Coach Company

I unfortunately had to take a BCC coach that had been set up as a train replacement, and I regret to say it was one of the worst trips I've ever taken. The driver was rude, unprofessional and failed to accomplish the basic action of closing the luggage hold, which resulted in multiple suitcases falling out of the coach on the A505. If it ever happens again, you can't expect any compensation for your destroyed possessions due to the act of negligence, as the customer service team does not seem inclined to provide the Conditions of Carriage of the company. All in all I am highly disappointed and hope no one else will have to go through what I did.

We had provisionally booked 2 coaches for 20th August and had quotes, we rang the gentlemen who confirmed price 1st August and then vai email. We confirmed we wanted to go ahead via email. We then called as we did not receive our invoice and was told someone else will call. I then rang again and was told someone will send an invoice only to receive an email saying they cannot do the date we asked for but offered alternative dates. So do I just tell 100 people, please change your plans because the coach company can only offer different dates, sort your babysitters out, book a different day holiday, tell the carers to take a different day off. Barton Coach I wish life was that simple! Barton Coach this level of service is very poor. We will never use your services again!

Got to say the best coach company around. Cool manager and unbeatable prices. Really appreciate all the kindness Steve has shown. We are a charitable and community based service. That may have special needs at times but Barton coaches have always been there for us . Big thank you to Steve and team. Also great drivers and very friendly.we were chatting all the way there and home. Thank you Steve.
