I bought a 10m x 5m fruit cage - it is well made and very easy to put together, I am very happy with it. When I discovered some damage to the roof netting a replacement was delivered less than 24 hours after I contacted them! - superb customer service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.

We bought fruit cage netting to construct a wild bird free space to protect our small flock of chickens from avian flu. We've just finished setting it up. Using bits of wood we had, it has cost us 30, so great value. We're very pleased with it. The staff gave us excellent advice and the material was easy to use. It looks like it will weather well. I'd highly recommend this firm. .

I bought a polytunnel from Robinson Polytunnels on 21 October 2021 and I constructed it at the end of December 2021. I concreted the steel hoops into the ground as per the instructions and I opted for the trenching method as per the instructions for the polythene. Unfortunately after less than a month the structure collapsed unexpectedly due to the the steel hoops splitting in half (photos attached). When the steel hoops had split and collapsed they ripped the polythene, etc, so effectively the whole structure needed replacing. I contacted Robinson Polytunnels - but after showing them the photos and going back and forward with emails they refused to offer any sort of remedy, in particular I have not received a refund or replacement parts. The company has blamed my installation stating that in only installing a timber end frame at one end, I have effectively caused the steel hoops to fail. I do not agree with this conclusion, as can clearly be seen in the photos, the steel hoops have failed around the entire structure and in the middle. Steel should not fail in this way. The timber end frames serve as door frames and given the size of the tunnel I did not need doors at both ends. To put it simply, even on the side where the timber end frame is standing the steel has failed. I believe this steel was faulty as it was supplied with holes - at the time of installation I was not sure the purpose of these but have since learnt they should not have been there. The most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the rude response I have received from Robinson Polytunnels. For example, in his latest email to me Stuart said Good afternoon Harry, Perhaps I had been too polite in my initial response, in an attempt to spare your feelings. However, it seems I should have been blunt with you from the outset. This is clearly a very poor customer service. I reserve the right to report this to trading standards as clearly someone could have been seriously injured when the steel split and collapsed. I also reserve the right to issue a small claim in the county court for my damages and to recover my costs. To summarise, based on my experience I personally will not buy from this company again.
