In April 2017 we had a kitchen extension completed in which A1 Perfect Plumbing was the heating/plumbing subcontractor. In March 2019 loss of pressure occurred in the CH system which was traced by our regular heating engineer/plumber to a leak somewhere in a concealed part of the new radiator pipework, This is verbatim what we received from A1 Perfect Plumbing We're happy to pop over and look at this for you but after two years it would be chargeable as it's nothing to do with our installation itself an installation issue generally appears immediately or within the first few months (our warranty period is 12 months). Since you already have a plumber, it would make sense for him/her to do the work for you As suggested by A1 Perfect Plumbing, we immediately called in our plumber who, after chopping away plasterboard ,floor screed and tiling, found and repaired the leak, which originated from a poorly installed elbow/solder joint which had been installed by A1 Perfect Plumbing.

My piping had collapsed under the kitchen sink. They came and sorted it within a couple of hours. Excellent service.
