Going into the house-buying process, I expected the mortgage application to be the most difficult and stressful part. Thankfully JP and Emily made it smoother than I thought possible. JP was not only a fantastic mortgage broker with a great knowledge of the available products, he also proved an invaluable adviser when it came to the buying process as a whole. Navigating the ocean of estate agents, solicitors, buyers, sellers, and surveyors, can be overwhelming for a first-time buyer, so JPs experience and advice on all matters was most welcome. Emily was thorough, organised, and patient when guiding us through the administrative requirements. Ive already recommended JP to another potential home-buyer, and will continue to do so in future.
