I bought an Oregon weather station September 2020 with 2 sensors. 1 sensor failed earlier this year, so I contacted the company through their website & also called them with no response at the time, I then sent an email direct to them & found they had technical problems, Following that I had an email conversation with Adrian & now have a brand new sensor. Once Adrian was involved the process took less than a week. I am very impressed with the customer service especially as there was an explanation given for the initial delay in responding to me.

Had problems with Oregon Weather Station which went faulty just out of warranty. After much tooing and froing with original supplier had the feeling it was all my fault. came across Weather Spares. Eventually persuaded Weather Spares that I really did need a Davis Weather Station. Had superb service, hand holding support right through the process until all the readings were appearing on my computer. Nothing was too much trouble, got calls to see how I was getting on...wow
