        Very poor. Lawn doesnt look great even after 3.5 years on top package. When trying to cancel was met with very poor customer service and told that they have front loaded all of the expensive treatments to effectively make us contract prisoners. To get out of the contract they say they will remove all of your pay monthly discounts and you therefore owe them a large sum of money. Disgraceful - especially after more than 3 years of loyal custom. Please avoid at all costs.
