Nirgendwo wird bei der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen, da mit der Bezahlung fr die Wolle und des Portos die Sache keineswegs erledigt ist. Da fhle ich mich doch irgendwie hinters Licht gefhrt, wenn nun noch weitere 18 hinzukommen. Fr 27 (Porto + Zoll + Auslagepauschale (?) wofr auch immer) htte ich die Ware auf keinen Fall bestellt, denn fr diese Auslagen htte ich 200g Wolle kaufen knnen. Dies wird meine 1. und auch einzige Bestellung bei Ihrer Firma gewesen sein.

Zhneknirschend habe ich gezahlt, da ich sonst vermutlich das Geld fr die Wolle nicht erstattet bekommen htte.

Clearly Customer Service is not emphasized like it is in 99.9 % of other OnLine business. After waiting almost 2 weeks to receive my one pair of knitting needles for Christmas project, I was finally given the the name of the carrier whose website showed package hadnt even left GB yet?! When I asked if this could be checked on or a replacement be expedited I was told, No it wasnt possible to check and if I had wanted expedited shipping I should have ordered it that way, really?! Their website didnt even offer that option to start with and then not even caring enough to call carrier and check on it either?! No apology and I still have not received package but they have my money. Disgraceful customer service and absolutely NO customer appreciation! Minus Zero stars - wasnt an option but should be.
