        Hiya, I've had two sessions of acupuncture with Alison to try and relive the pain in my back, and it worked a treat, would highly recommend it, go with a open mind, you never know until you have tried it.

        Alison has worked hard with me to keep my running training on track by developing a plan along with her muscle massage treatments and as a result i was able to complete the GNR in a very respectable time.
