        Very poor service. The agent shown very little interest. I didnt have my husband with me as I had popped in unannounced but I had appointment the day after. Tried to engage with her but got nothing in return. She explained wouldnt be any property to view on the day of the appointment anyway as the key wasnt in the office and had nothing else to show. The explanation, most people buy off plan without viewing a show property. I promptly cancelled my appointment. My daughter purchased a property earlier in the year supported by Richard who moved location recently but was excellent within his role. All I can say is a loss to Redrow @ Barrow. Very disappointed.

        We enjoyed our visit and viewing on Saturday the 22nd May 21 The lady who met us and showed us round was excellent, and went through all the details. We like the chestnut and the Holly houses, and would be interested. Thank you
