Disappointed with nearly every step of our customer journey. The house was handed over in a shocking state! One long year of snagging a formal complaint and we still have things outstanding and feel as though we are being ignored now.

Nice homes but staff use dishonest sales tactics and nothing short of incompetence when it comes to resolving snags after youve moved in! Not just us, all of our neighbours feel the same. Adding this because I knew Barratt would have the same lame response. They wont contact me because they know all the issues weve had and that we cant really do anything about their lies. Dishonesty and incompetence are by far Barratt and David Wilson Homes main qualities!
