Working with Steph has been a great experience. The knowledge that she brings and her understanding of dog behaviour immediately makes you feel in safe hands. She really listened to the issues I was having with a lively 6 month old Lab and developed a great understanding of his personality and his training needs. it is thanks to her skill in developing appropriate games and tasks for me and Barney to undertake that I now feel confident I will have a well mannered adult dog.

I met Steph a week after I arrived in my new home because mum and dad hadnt had a dog for a long time and they didnt know how to help me be really good. Steph was really patient and kind and trained them really well with lots of tips and tricks so they could help me behave really nicely, even with my five new cat friends who tried hard not to be friends but I think they like me now. Best of all Steph taught mum to give me lots of treats every day. Mum says if it wasnt for Steph and our 1-1 time she doesnt know how shed have coped with me getting through my puppyhood, and she hopes Steph will get her through adolescence too, whatever that is. I think should definitely get your people trained by Steph if you want to be a good puppy.

Can not recommend Ribble Valley Canine Services enough. Steph is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sessions and review sessions are brilliant, well thought out and full of great tasks and games to help train. Steph is on hand and really responsive to questions with lots of help and support. Shes helped us understand our puppy and train her so well.

Steph has been supporting us since our puppy was 4 months old. As first time dog owners Steph was invaluable in helping us, not just to train our lively little puppy, but also to retain our sanity as some days we wondered what we had done! He's 11 months old now and we couldn't imagine back then that he would ever be allowed off lead, or come back when we whistled; or that we'd enjoy a pub meal with friends and take him along. He's a pleasure to have around and we certainly couldn't have got to this stage without Steph's help. We are so grateful. Thank you Steph.
